Commotion erupted in a small church in Ekiti state, Nigeria, as a pastor while ministering, flagged off the newly approved malaria vaccine as “777” a new mark of the wild beast which he claims God revealed to him.
WHO recently approved the widespread use of the first malaria vaccine and Africans around the continent have been delighted at the groundbreaking invention. However, this pastor from Ekiti thinks differently. YeyeNews.com reporters were present in the church as the pastor aired out his opinions on the newly approved vaccine.
“God revealed it to me in the spirit,” he said, “I saw two visions. In the first, I saw the wild beast shedding off its “666” mark and replacing it with “777”. A voice then called out to me, saying ‘this is the new mark of the beast.'” It was hard to believe. Yet, in the second vision everything started to make sense. I saw millions of people branded with the “777” mark on their chests. Since the COVID vaccine is not being accepted by people because they fear it is the “666” mark, the devil wants to use this malaria vaccine to carry out his evil plans. This is the new mark and we must abstain from it.”
However the congregation went berserk, there was a commotion as they argued with the pastor, doubting the authenticity of his words. YeyeNews.com reporters managed to speak with one of the members, a nursing mother, who didn’t agree with the pastor. “What he said is totally ridiculous,” she lamented. “How can he say that the vaccine is from the devil? For centuries we have suffered the devastating effect of malaria. 500,000 children die every year from the disease. And now that we finally have a vaccine to curb this menace, he says it’s from the devil. God forbid! That vision is definitely not from God. Our pastor has been suffering from typhoid fever lately. His visions must be the bad dreams that typhoid causes. It is not from God.”
YeyeNews.com has gathered that half of the pastor’s members have left his church. The pastor has however remained adamant, saying his visions are from God.
